Breakfast: Jenny Craig fruit bar

Dinner: Small helping of dinner
Today
Breakfast: One piece of plain non buttered toast
Lunch: a chicken and avacardo samwhich
snacks: -
Dinner: Medium helping of dinner (Sorta large)
